Stove fireclay is not the same as industrial fireclay and lining on the basis of concrete products. Depending on the choice of clay and recipe, Wolfshöher Tonwerke products meet a wide variety of requirements. In some cases, stove fireclay should be particularly hard, often particularly resistant to soot and moisture, as easy to handle, and always retains heat well.

The use of German water-based Senotherm UHT-600 allows you to avoid the smell and smoke when the fireplace is burned for the first time. High-quality pigments will not change color during the period of operation.
We use fireplace glass from the German manufacturer ROBAX®. This company is a leader in the industry for the last few decades.
ROBAX® has almost zero thermal expansion and extremely high thermal performance at extreme temperatures up to 760 ° C. The perfect solution for fireplaces.
The heat resistance of such a large format door is provided by a special solid steel profile. This is an exclusive profile of a special cross-section, which was developed by us with the prospect of building large-scale fireplaces.
Inside the door has a special molding of stainless steel. This is a very aesthetic solution that makes the fireplace look premium. Aesthetics are not the only function of such molding: thanks to good shielding, the door profile heats up less, and the charcoals that accidentally drop outside the furnace rollback. Since the movement of the air for a clean glass system is carried out in the direction from top to bottom, the molding smoothes its movement and prevents smoke from the glass at the bottom.
Most manufacturers use hot-rolled steel to reduce the cost of production. This steel is used in products where high surface quality is not required. Gates and fences can be made of this steel. We use only cold-rolled steel. According to their physical characteristics, cold-rolled steels are often harder and stronger than standard hot-rolled steels. Due to the fact that the metal is formed at lower temperatures, the hardness of steel, resistance to tensile fracture and resistance to deformation increase.
Cold rolled steel is excellent for products that require precise dimensions and improved surface characteristics.
